Results generated by the system, such as keyword suggestions, SEO data and AI analyses, are informational and supportive in nature.

The Administrator does not guarantee the full accuracy or timeliness of analytical data.

• creating a user account,
• using tools for content generation and analysis,
• using keyword research functionality for keyword analysis,
• accessing premium features as part of a subscription.

4. Registration and account

• Creating an account requires providing an email address and password or using an external login provider.
• The User agrees to provide truthful information.
• The User is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

5. Payments and subscription

• Some Service features are available as part of a paid subscription.
• Current prices are available in the Pricing section on the website.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan.
• The User may cancel the subscription at any time through the user panel or by contacting the Administrator.
• After cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Right of withdrawal

• A consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of conclusion.
• The User agrees to the commencement of digital service delivery before the 14-day period expires and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right once the service has started to be used.

7. Acceptable use

The User agrees not to use the Service for:

• automated data extraction in a way that overloads the system,
• infringing copyright or third-party rights.

9. Termination
